For Oral Session

Please come to the session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins.

Each room is equipped with a window-based laptop computer, beam projector(s), screen(s), and one laser pointer. You can use your own laptop but you should bring necessary connectors on your own.

All speakers are encouraged to upload their presentation file(s) before the session begins. We recommend that you bring at least 2 copies of your presentation to the oral session for backup purposes.


For Poster Session

Posters will be displayed in Room B202. The standard size of a poster is 90cm(width)x150cm(height).  

Please come to the service desk located in Room B202, if you need any help for setting up your poster. (Thumbtack will be prepared for the poster attachment)
